The villa was acquired by Volksbank Kur- und Rheinpfalz and converted in 2014/15 into an office and advisory building in line with heritage conservation requirements. The Gerlinger joinery produced faithful reproductions of the windows and restored those original windows worth preserving.
For this imposing private residence, all windows were manufactured and installed following the original design.
